Application Details:

• Drying Time: Surface dry in 4-6 hours; complete drying overnight recommended.
• Mixing Ratio: Mix with 35-40% water by weight to form a smooth paste.
• Application Tools: Putty blade or trowel.

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Remove loose materials, dirt, or oils. Wet the surface adequately before applying the putty.
2. Mixing: Blend with clean water (35-40%) until smooth and lump-free. Mix for 5-7 minutes.
3. Coating:
   • Apply the first coat in an upward direction on a moist surface.
   • After 4-6 hours, use fine emery paper or a wet sponge to smooth any residue.
   • Apply a second coat and smooth as needed with a wet sponge.
4. Final Finish: Optional light sanding with silicon carbide emery paper (not less than 320 grit) before applying paint.

Coverage:

Approximately 11-12 sq. ft. per kg for two coats on a well-prepared surface, depending on substrate quality and applicator skill.

Safety Precautions:

• Use gloves, dust masks, and safety goggles.
• Avoid mixing more than can be used within 3 hours at 30°C.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and frost.
• Keep away from children and avoid contact with skin.

Shelf Life:

6 months from the date of production when stored in unopened, original packaging at 5-30°C.
