Berger Bison Wall Putty

Berger Bison Wall Putty is a premium, white cement-based powder formulated with a blend of superfine white cement, flexible powdered polymer, cellulose, pigments, and additives. Ideal for both interior and exterior applications, it ensures a smooth, undulation-free surface finish on various substrates including sand, cement plaster, asbestos, Mivan plaster, precast surfaces, and tunnel forms.

Application Details:

• Drying Time: Surface dry in 45-60 minutes under standard conditions; hard dry in 4-6 hours.
• Dilution: 1st coat 45% (v/w), 2nd coat 50% (v/w) depending on surface conditions.
• Application Tools: Putty knife or trowel.

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Remove loose particles with wire brushing or sand/emery paper. Clean with water and allow to dry.
2. Dilution: Mix thoroughly with 40-45% water by volume using a mechanical stirrer.
3. Coating: Apply the first coat from bottom to top, followed by the second coat after 1 day. Final thickness should be 1.5-2.0 mm in two coats.
4. Smoothening: Smooth the surface with fine emery paper after 2 days of final coat application.
5. Primer Application: Apply primer before top coats.

Coverage: Approximately 9-10 sqft/15-20 mm for trowel/putty knife application; 7-8 sqft for spray application.

Safety Precautions:

• Apply within 2 hours of mixing.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from children and foodstuffs.
• In case of eye contact, rinse with water and seek medical advice.

Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacturing when stored in sealed condition at normal temperature.
