Safety Precautions

Process Precautions

Manufacturing Instruction: White & Color Bases

Premix

1. Clean the TSD before starting.
2. Add water and start the scrapper.
3. Add Z555 and Q369, followed by Q410, and mix for 15-20 minutes to form a complete gel.
4. Add stage raw materials (Q443, Q519) one by one, and mix thoroughly.

Pigment Dispersion

1. Add pigments and extenders gradually, ensuring uniform mixing.
2. Run the high-speed impeller at 1000-1100 RPM for 35-40 minutes, maintaining the mill base temperature below 50°C.

Stabilization

1. Add stage RM components (Q500, Z555) and mix for 15-20 minutes.
2. Add Q519 and C060, and mix thoroughly.

Let Down

1. Ensure the mixing tank is contamination-free.
2. Gradually add the mill base to the emulsion while stirring continuously.

Adjustment

1. Mix Q558 and water in a 1:3 ratio by weight, and add it to the mixing tank for the final adjustment.

Tinting (For Colored Bases) Add tinter to achieve the desired color, ensuring accurate color matching.

Sampling

1. Check constants and take samples for quality control.
