Drying Time

• Surface Dry: 15-25 minutes at 60% RH, 25°C.
• Hard Dry: 6-8 hours.

120-130 sqft/ltr/2 coats depending on the surface preparation, shade, and application conditions.

Recommended Dilution

• Brush Application: Dilute 40-50% by volume.
• Auto-roller/Spray: Dilute 35-50% by volume.
• Deep shades from the N2 base should be applied without dilution.

Application Method

• Tools: Brush, auto-roller, or spray.
• Suitable for Xpress Painting Tools like auto-roller and spray systems.
• Stability of used paint: Use within 24 hours of dilution.

Cleanability
Let the paint film set for at least 28 days before cleaning. To remove stains, use a mild liquid soap solution. For oil-based stains, turpentine can be used.

Surface Preparation

• For previously painted surfaces: Remove old paint as much as possible and sand down the remaining portions with no. 180 or no. 220 emery paper. Clean the surface thoroughly to eliminate dust and loose particles.
• For new surfaces: Clean and dry thoroughly, removing any grease, fungus, or chalk. Use Emery Paper No. 80 to sand the surface.

Points to Note

• Shake well before use.
• Do not over-dilute the paint.
• Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent drying.
• Apply Bio-Wash for killing any fungal growth before painting.
• Avoid painting over lime-washed or damp walls.
• For deep shades, apply an additional coat.
• In case of eye contact, wash immediately with water and seek medical help.
• Do not apply if the temperature is below 10°C or above 45°C.

Directions for Application

• Apply the first coat of primer and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours.
• Sand the surface with Emery Paper No. 100 and wipe clean.
• Apply a second coat of primer, let it dry for 6-8 hours, and sand again with Emery Paper No. 220.
• Apply two finishing coats with proper drying time between coats.
