Directions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

• New Surfaces: Sand with Emery Paper No.80, clean, apply primer, dry for 6-8 hours, apply putty to fill dents, dry overnight, sand with Emery Paper No.100, clean, apply a second coat of primer, dry for 6-8 hours, sand with Emery Paper No.220, and clean.
• Previously Painted Surfaces: Remove old paint and loose particles before starting the preparation process.

Application Instructions:

1. Dilution: Follow recommended dilution ratio.
2. First Coat: Apply and let dry for 6-8 hours.
3. Second Coat: Apply and let dry overnight.

Coverage:

• Brush Application: 120-130 sq ft for 2 coats.
• Roller Application: 120-130 sq ft for 2 coats.
• Coverage may vary based on surface conditions, preparation, application skill, weather, and dilution.

Recommended Undercoats:

• Walls or Plastered Surfaces: BP Cement Primer WT (Alkali Resistant) and Bison Wall Putty.

Packaging:

• Available in a range of sizes: 1 L, 4 L, 10 L, 20 L, 0.9 L, 3.6 L, 9 L, 18 L.
• Over 2000 shades including PO, W1, N2, Yellow, and Red.

Technical Data:

• Thinner: Potable water.
• Recommended Surfaces: Sand/cement plaster, asbestos, brickwork, concrete block, and fiberboard.
• Application Methods: Brush, roller, or spray.
• Dilution Ratio: 400 ml of water per liter of emulsion (no dilution for N Base shades).
• Number of Coats: 2 coats for repainting with the same color, 3 coats for a fresh, rich look.

Special Notes:

• Allow the paint film to set for 15 days before washing or scrubbing.
• Apply on a smooth, undulated surface for best results.

Points to Note:

• Shake well before use and avoid over-dilution.
• Keep the container tightly closed to prevent drying.
• Use Bio-Wash to kill fungal growth.
• Thoroughly scrape off old paint before starting.
• Gyroshake well after tinting through CB machine.

Drying Time:

• Surface Dry: 20-30 minutes, depending on weather conditions.
• Hard Dry: 6-8 hours.

Gloss Level:

• 60° GH: 5-15.
• 85° GH: 35-50 on a glass plate when released at 300-micron DFT applied by a box coater.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Use toilet soap for general cleaning.
• For oil-based stains, use mineral turpentine oil.
• Use a soft white cotton cloth and wipe gently without pressure.
• Attempt cleaning only after one week of application.
• Avoid applying on lime-washed or damp surfaces.
