Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, free of contaminants, and dimensionally stable. Remove loose particles and dampen dusty surfaces before application. Weak or uneven areas must be leveled for proper adhesion.
Application Methodology
- Mix 20 kg of TILE ADHESIVE with 4.6–5.6 liters of clean water until a smooth, lump-free paste forms.
- Apply with a 6mm or 12mm notch trowel for desired thickness.
- Place tiles on fresh adhesive, pressing firmly to ensure proper contact.
- Avoid applying water to adhesive during or after application.
