Shelf Life

Application Methodology
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is free from oil, loose particles, and has good integrity. Fill surface cracks less than 5 mm with Berger Crackfill Paste. For larger cracks or damaged areas, repair with polymer-modified mortar admixed with HS Advance Latex Plus. The substrate should be in a surface-saturated dry (SSD) condition before application.
- Application: The product can be easily applied with a brush. For fresh or repainting sites, ensure thorough cleaning, repair, and drying of the substrate. In repainting sites with damaged putty due to dampness, remove the putty, apply HS Dampstop Duo in two coats on the plastered substrate, and reapply putty on top.
Precautions
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Keep the container tightly closed to prevent drying.
- Avoid application on surfaces with excessive moisture.
- Do not apply local putty immediately after applying HS Dampstop Duo.
- Ensure the wall surface pH value is between 7-11.
