Equipment Required

• Primer: Use WeatherCoat Exterior Primer for optimal results, or alternatively, dilute Walmasta with 1 L of water for wall/plastered surfaces.
• Putty: Apply Bison Wall Putty for smooth and uniform surfaces.
• Application Tools: Can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray.

Safety Precautions

• Wear gloves, goggles, and a mask when handling the product.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse with water immediately.
• Keep the product out of children’s reach and store it securely.

Process Precautions

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, dirt, and loose paint particles.
• The ideal moisture content of the wall should be below 12%.
• The ideal pH value of the wall surface should be between 7-11.
• Avoid applying paint on damp surfaces or lime-washed walls.

Application Instructions

• Surface Preparation: For previously painted surfaces, strip all the old paint and remove all loose particles before starting the application. Wash the surface and let it dry.
• Priming: Apply one coat of primer and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours.
• Topcoat: Dilute the paint as per the recommended ratio. Apply the first coat and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. Apply the second coat and let it dry overnight.

Drying Time

• Surface Dry: 25-35 minutes
• Hard Dry: 4-6 hours

Coverage
50-55 sqft/ltr/2 coats under ideal test conditions (coverage may depend on factors like surface conditions, preparation, application skill, weather conditions, and dilution).
