Equipment Required

• Primer: WeatherCoat Exterior Primer or Seal-O-Prime for wall/plastered surfaces.
• Putty: Bison Wall Putty for surface preparation.
• Application Tools: Brush, roller, or spray for smooth and even coverage.

Safety Precautions

• Wear protective gloves, goggles, and a mask when handling the paint.
• Avoid contact with eyes or skin. Rinse thoroughly with water in case of contact.
• Keep the product out of children’s reach and away from foodstuff.

Process Precautions

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from loose particles, dust, or grease.
• Ideal moisture content of the wall should be below 12%, with a pH value between 7-11.
• Avoid painting if the temperature is below 10°C or on damp walls.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Strip old paint and remove all loose particles. Treat the surface with Berger Bio-Wash solution for added protection.
2. Priming: Apply 1-2 coats of primer and allow to dry for 6-8 hours.
3. Topcoat: Dilute the paint according to the recommended ratio. Apply the first coat, allow to dry for 6-8 hours, and then apply the second coat.

Drying Time

• Surface Dry: 25-35 minutes
• Hard Dry: 4-6 hours

Coverage
60-65 sqft/ltr/2 coats under ideal conditions (coverage may vary based on surface condition and preparation).

Available in multiple shades with packs of 1 Ltr, 4 Ltr, 10 Ltr, and 20 Ltr.

Technical Data

• Gloss Level: 5-8 at 60° GH for a soft sheen finish.
• Fire Hazard Class: Non-flammable.
• Dilution: Maximum dilution of 10-15% depending on shade. Dark shades may require less dilution.

Cleaning Instructions
Use potable water for cleaning tools after use.

Points to Note

• Stir well before use, and strain the material through a fine sieve.
• Do not apply paint on lime-washed or damp walls.
• Ensure containers are sealed properly when not in use.
