Equipment Required

• Primer: WeatherCoat Exterior Primer, Seal-O-Prime, or diluted WeatherCoat All Guard.
• Putty: Bison Wall Putty for wall/plastered surfaces.
• Application Tools: Suitable for brush, roller, or spray application.

Safety Precautions

• Wear gloves, goggles, and a mask when handling the product.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If contact occurs, wash immediately with water.
• Keep out of children’s reach and away from foodstuff.

Process Precautions

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from old paint, dust, grease, and loose particles.
• Moisture content should be below 12%, with a wall pH between 7-11.
• Avoid application on damp or lime-washed surfaces.

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Remove old paint and loose particles using wire brushing. Wash the surface and allow it to dry.
2. Priming: Apply one coat of primer and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours.
3. Topcoat: Dilute the paint as per the recommended ratio, apply the first coat, and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours. Apply the second coat and let it dry overnight.

Drying Time

• Surface Dry: 25-35 minutes
• Hard Dry: 4-6 hours

Coverage
60-65 sqft/ltr/2 coats under ideal test conditions (coverage may vary based on surface condition, preparation, and weather).

Available in multiple shades with packs of 1 Ltr, 4 Ltr, 10 Ltr, and 20 Ltr.

Technical Data

• Gloss Level: 5-8 at 60° GH for a soft sheen.
• Fire Hazard Class: Non-flammable.
• Dilution: Maximum 10-15% dilution depending on shade. Dark shades may require less dilution.

Cleaning Instructions
Clean tools with potable water after use.
