Equipment Required

• Primer: For best results, use WC Floor Protector diluted at 50% for bare concrete tiles or Luxol QD 1K Epoxy Primer (no dilution) for pre-painted tiles.
• Application Tools: Brush, roller, or spray for an even and smooth application.

Safety Precautions

• Wear gloves, goggles, and a mask when handling the product.
• Avoid skin and eye contact. If contact occurs, rinse with water immediately.
• Keep out of children’s reach and store securely.

Process Precautions

• Ensure the tiled surface is clean, dry, and free from grime, dust, and flaking.
• Recommended moisture content below 12%.
• Avoid painting in wet weather or when ambient temperature is below 10°C.

Application Instructions

• Surface Preparation: Remove any loosely adhering particles, grime, and any existing fungus or algae through scraping or water-jetting.
• Priming: Apply the appropriate primer based on the tile condition, allowing 6-8 hours for drying.
• Topcoat: Apply two finishing coats, ensuring each coat has sufficient drying time (4-6 hours).

Drying Time

• Surface Dry: 30 minutes
• Hard Dry: 4-6 hours

50-60 sq.ft./L/2 coats under ideal test conditions (may vary based on surface conditions, preparation, and application).
