Application Guidelines:
- Surface Preparation:
Sand the seasoned wood surface using 180-grit emery paper along the grain, followed by finer grits (320 or 400). Clean off loose dust. Fill the wood grains with Berger NC Sanding Sealer diluted 1:1 with NC Thinner, applied in a circular motion with a clean, white, soft muslin cloth. - Application Procedure:
Apply a minimum of four coats, waiting 15-30 minutes between each. Sand intermediate coats with the appropriate grit for a smooth finish. Continue layering coats until the desired sheen is achieved.
