Application Guidelines:
Surface Preparation:
- Sanding: Use Water Paper No. 120 for initial sanding, followed by Water Paper No. 150 for smoothness.
- Cleaning: Remove any dust from the surface before application.
Application Procedure:
- 1K PU Exterior Clear (Matt 446 / Gloss 438): Apply with a brush or cloth, allowing an inter-coat drying interval of 6-8 hours. A minimum of two coats is recommended for optimal performance.
- 1K PU Interior Clear (074): Apply directly by brush or cloth, following the same inter-coat drying interval. Multiple coats can be applied, serving as both a base and topcoat for added durability.
